Welcome to our job openings page.  Journey Center is an equal opportunity employer that offers competitive wages to all employees. Our office hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We offer treatment for children with autism and other developmental delays in a place where children will have fun, be valued, and are treated with respect and dignity. Journey Center employs both hourly and salaried employees. Hourly employees earn Paid Time Off (PTO) and salaried employees earn both paid time off and sick time. After a probationary period, full-time employees qualify for full benefits — including medical, dental and vision. After a year of employment, employees are eligible to contribute to an Individual Retirement Account (IRA) with a 3% matching by the Journey Center. Employees also are eligible to contribute to short-term disability as an optional benefit. The Journey Center encourages staff to further their education and prides itself on being a merit-based company offering opportunities for wage increases, salary options, and promotion.
